Shipping Policy

We primarily use Shippo to manage shipping labels and courier services. The selected carrier may vary based on destination, package weight, and service availability.

We currently ship to:

• Canada

We charge a flat fee of USD 20 per order, regardless of order size, weight, or destination. This covers shipping costs, packaging materials, and handling.

Orders are typically processed within a few business days after payment confirmation. Processing times may vary during peak periods or due to inventory availability.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on destination country, customs clearance, and courier service. We do not guarantee delivery dates.

For international shipments:

• Once handed to the courier, shipping is outside our control
• Delays caused by carriers, customs, or force majeure are not refundable
• Claims must be reported promptly after the expected delivery date
